Przyborski Productions Inc. is a Pittsburgh based film company that specializes in the production of network, regional and large scale local television commercials. The company's clients are primarily advertising agencies representing advertisers from all over the USA.
Przyborski Productions officially began in 1989. The company was founded by director/ cinematographer Glenn Przyborski and executive producer Jim DeVincentis. Since '89, the company has steadily grown into one of the most successful commercial production companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company also operates a broadcast edit facility, exclusively for the post-production of company originated projects.
The company's corporate philosophy is to deliver the highest quality production based on concept, time and budget. Przyborski and DeVincentis insist that no other production company can deliver a better product based on the concept of the commercial, the amount of time required to deliver a finished product and the available budget.
Przyborski Productions' client list includes dozens of agencies and their clients. Przyborski has won numerous awards including Addy's, Telly's, Golden Reels, Emmy's, BPME's, Golden Cine's, IBA's and dozens of regional Best of Show awards.
In addition to filmmaking, Przyborski Productions owns patents that relate to video cameras being able to reproduce the look and feel of motion picture film. In 1999, Przyborski entered into a co-marketing agreement with Burbank, California's Filmlook Inc. to license these patents to camera manufacturers. Sony, Panasonic, Thomson, and Canon. have licensed the Filmlook / Przyborski patents for their 24P cameras. The successful marketing/licensing agreement between Filmlook Inc. and Przyborski Productions ended in August, 2006.
